U.S. Market Entry · Ohio & the Midwest
Rooted in the spirit of Kadima — meaning "forward" — and the Latin Via — "the way" — KadiVia offers a clear, confident path to sustainable expansion, grounded in insight, relationships, and execution.
We work with international SMEs entering the U.S. market, African growth-stage companies building their first U.S. commercial presence, and Midwest mid-market companies expanding internationally.
What We Do
Entering the U.S. market is one of the most complex and high-stakes moves a company can make. The rules are different, the relationships are different, and the margin for error is slim.
Most international market entry consultants sit in New York, Miami, or San Francisco. KadiVia is based in Ohio — on the ground in the Midwest — which means we know the buyers, the networks, and the pace of the market that most global advisors miss entirely.
We combine deep cross-Atlantic experience with local relationships to open the right doors at the right time. Whether you're validating the U.S. before committing, or ready to move fast — we give you clarity and commercial traction from day one.
How We Engage
Validate the U.S. Midwest market in 30 days before committing to bigger investment. We conduct 5 discovery calls with real target buyers in your sector, deliver a written market assessment, and give you a clear go/no-go recommendation with specific next steps.
Your first 3 doors in the Midwest. A 90-day engagement where we map the right Ohio and Midwest targets, make 3–5 warm written introductions to qualified buyers or partners, and support the relationship through the first meeting. No closing required from you at this stage.
For companies already in the U.S. but without a dedicated BD lead in the Midwest. We manage outreach, relationship pipeline, and partnership development on your behalf — acting as your part-time commercial representative on the ground. 8–12 hours per week.
Who We Serve
Helping international SMEs build strategic partnerships and commercial traction in the U.S. — without the cost of building a full local team too early.
Series A/B African companies with proven products looking to establish strategic partnerships and commercial presence in the U.S. market.
Helping $5M–$50M companies access international markets, suppliers, and strategic partnerships — without needing a full in-house international team.
How It Works
A direct 20-minute conversation about your company, your U.S. goals, and whether the Midwest is the right first move. No pitch, no commitment — just clarity.
We agree on the right engagement — Sprint, Connector, or Fractional BD — and define the target buyer profile, sector focus, and measurable outcomes before we start.
We activate our Ohio and Midwest network, make the right written introductions, and support you through every key conversation — from first meeting to signed agreement.
With your first U.S. wins secured, we help you build the commercial infrastructure to grow in North America for the long term — or hand off cleanly to your internal team.
